PRINCE2® is one of the most widely used project management methodologies globally, helping organisations to run projects that reach time, budget, and quality requirements. The framework has been through many iterations since its initial launch in 1996 but as the industry changes, the guidance needs to adapt as well, which is why PRINCE2® 7 is now available.
To ensure the framework remains in-line with this fast-moving industry, changes have been made to the methodology.
PRINCE2® certification is split into two separate certifications – Foundation and Practitioner.
PRINCE2®7 Foundation provides the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage and deliver projects from start to finish. A pass at Foundation level is pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.
This is an ideal introduction for those looking into a career in project management, teaching a fundamental and flexible approach to project management.
PRINCE2®7 Practitioner extends the knowledge acquired at Foundation level to enable you to apply and tailor the method in a live working environment.
At the end of this accelerated course, you'll prepare for and sit the following exams, covered by your Certification Guarantee:
To take the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:
*‘PMQ and PPQ’ are registered marks of the Association for Project Management

"I had a great time. The instructor is very knowledgeable and his training is on point. Two exams in 2 days is a lot. But he makes it doable."
Juan van Gom, Ministry of Defense Netherlands. (19/1/2024 (Friday) to 21/1/2024 (Sunday))
"Excellent teaching structure, giving me confidence and understanding of the course."
Stacie Williams, JMW. (18/12/2023 (Monday) to 20/12/2023 (Wednesday))
"The experience was great, the facilities and quality of training meant everything was optimum for learning. I would recommend!"
IF, Fab Works. (18/12/2023 (Monday) to 20/12/2023 (Wednesday))
"A fantastic instructor and I acheived a pass on foundation and practitioner having done no pre-reading or revision, just on his guidance alone. The lessons covered the whole syllabus in a 3 day period at a level which was easy to digest and understand. Instructor was throughly professional throughout and I look forward to learning from him in the future. A*"
JM, British Army. (4/10/2023 (Wednesday) to 6/10/2023 (Friday))
"The Prince2 training with Fierbrand Training is one of the best on the market. During my foundation and practitioner course I had collegues from the EU as well. The training is intense, but Firebrand Trainging has exceptional trainers. Practically is no hidden corner of the book, or a complex Prince2 problem, which our instructor can't explain on a layman language. Thank you very much Firebrand! "
