The Cisco CCNA Voice course is designed to provide staff with a foundation in voice applications and infrastructure concepts. Through a combination of classroom lecture and practical exercises students will be able to develop skills in installation, operating and maintenance of Cisco Voice solutions. The CCNA Voice certification validates the skills acquired and is a required step towards the CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional) qualification.

This course prepares students for the Cisco 640-461 Introducing Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration v8.0 certification exam. Successful completion of the exam results in the CCNA Voice certification.

The Concentration exams renew your CCNA / CCNP certification for a further three years.
