"The purpose of any training centre is to provide an environment that reinforces the learning process. Our trainer, instilled in me a craving to gain knowledge to a level I did not know I was able attain in such a short space of time. As a result of this experience, I intend to continue with the Cisco accreditation processes and proceed with further education, and I sincerely hope trainers with the calibre of the trainer I had will be available to encourage and inspire me.

Prior to the CCNA course I had never even logged into a router or switch, but with some hard work and a great instructor I managed to pass the mid-week exam to gain the CCENT qualification and just fell short of gaining the full CCNA by 3%. With the course materials and my new knowledge I feel confident of passing the CCNA in the very near future."
