The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Certification enables professionals to maximise the functional use of the latest version of the Dynamics CRM business solution. The goal of our 8 day accelerated Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Certification course is to provide IT professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to install, configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. This is an accelerated, fully immersed course, designed upon the job-related tasks of company environments.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM certified candidates are required to pass the following exams:

Our instructors teach to accommodate every student's learning needs through individualised instruction, hands-on labs, lab partner and group exercises, independent study, self-testing, and question/answer drills.
Firebrand Training has dedicated, well-equipped educational facilities where you will attend instruction and labs and have access to comfortable study and lounging rooms. Our students consistently say our facilities are second-to-none.
Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year. Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.
Students who are successful in accelerated Dynamics CRM 4.0 certification training may possess:

The course was very indepth and intensive and lasted 6 days, however the accomodation and the environment helped me to relax. The constant 24 hour food / snacks supply helped keep me fueled at 1 am in the morning while revising and during the class training and then after an exam it was nice to go to the Gym or have a swim in their Pool, to get my mind off of things.
