A Firebrand Training
5
Day Course
The goal of this five (5) day MSP® training course is to teach students a base-line for managing programmes with a structure to strengthen the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects and to achieve strategic organisational benefits.

Programmes Management helps to organise, manage, accommodate and control these changes so that the eventual outcome meets the objectives set by the business strategy.

"Very good course. I learnt a lot and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firebrand Training.."
IV, MOD.
"No sleep, no rest, fast paced training at a extremely high level. No phones or distractions. Focus, focus, focus! Good food, excellent trainers and staff and fun at the same time. Tales from your fellow classmates and trainers about real world experience. Now, there is the concept for learning!"
Lars Eriksson, Systemasis.
"In addition to the very clean and well maintained training facility at Wyboston Lakes, the training content (including the Instructor) is second to none. If you attend Firebrand Training for just fun and a few days out of the office, then im afraid you are at the wrong place. The instructors and staff are totally committed to help those who want to succeed in learning new technologies (and achieve certification). The 24 hour access to the labs is extremely worthwhile. A special thanks to our instructor. I chose Firebrand Training for my Dynamics CRM training needs because Firebrand was recommended by our Microsoft Partner manager, Antony Ford."
Jan Mohamed, NetCom Solutions UK Ltd.
"Firebrand Training for me was total immersion into a pool of learning presented by an instructor that had an amazing depth of knowledge all at my disposal. I felt comfortable and supported diving straight into what ended up being an intake of the most information in such a short period of time that I have been in for many years.
At this moment in time I cannot fault the whole experience and I passed my CompTIA A+Network+ course :D"
Michael Wilcox, myself and friends.
"This without a doubt the most efficient course I have ever attended. Especially the way high level training was coupled to my situation at home worded well."
Jens Riis, Bornholms Regionskommune.
"Their training and facilities motto and advertising was all definitely lived-up to! No doubt."
Mike Bird, NTL.
"Excellent facility with a very good balance between the learning techniques employed. I chose Firebrand Training for my CCNA course because of the cost, course date, availability and on-site facilities (although not used)."
S.B, Royal Navy.
"Boot camp concepts of accelerated learning is quiet tough and at this stage (Day 6) I am tierd. Not I think am well prepared for the test tomorrow"
Diarmuid OBriain, Unemployed.
"This was a very intense MCSE course and by day 6 of 14 it was a struggle to stay focused. Also the Instructor has to try to cater for every students current knowledge and skills and therefore you may find yourself going over areas you are already comfortable with. - That said, it gives you an ideal opportunity to revise in other areas.
Overall an intense but potentially very rewarding experience.
I chose Firebrand Training for my MCSE course because Firebrand provides you the shortest way to achieve a qualification/accreditation at a reasonable price and in a suitable learning environment."
R.O, Renaissance Computer Services.
"It was an intense few weeks and if you don't do the work on a daily basis, then I would still suggest coming along to the course and deferring the exams as there is a lot of extra information that is not in the exam books that you will find very useful."
Neil Poole, Central Networks.
"I had a really nice time and 13 days have past really quickly. Didn't find this course as intense as the MCSE back in 2006, but there were many new topics to cover like Windows 7, IIS7, IPv6 and Hyper-V. It was great to have a refresher in regards to AD and DNS. I feel that I have done extremely well and even though I did not pass all the exams, I can take much of what I have learnt and apply it the real world.
I would highly recommend Firebrand Training to friends and colleagues. However, I would say that it really helps to have a good understanding in the topics before applying for a course. "
Ian Maxey, States of Guernsey.
"What a great couple of weeks - but not for the uncommitted. I achieved more than I thought I would, but not quite as much as I would have liked. Got one more exam to sit as I complete this, so heres hoping! If passed I'll be one Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) off the MCSE (and only missed that by 19 points - due to tiredness more than anything else). Still, the ground work is all there, and the knowledge is not going anywhere! Would strongly recommend the Firebrand way to colleagues and friends, but go into it with your eyes open, and give it your all!"
John Goult, Myself.
"The CCNA course is very intensive. The amount you can learn in such a small time is incredible. Pre-reading is a must though, some of the concepts are difficult to grasp with the pace of the curriculum making it difficult to catch up. The instructors are always staying behind and coming in early to help, so any problems and questions can be quickly resolved. Although I didnt recieve the full CCNA at the end of this course, it was more down to my lack of experience with Cisco equiptment that than anything at all to do with the training."
Christopher Brett, contract.
"Hard graft coming back after 8 months away. Tutor excellent and staff helpful. They deliver the good as long as you are fully commited and honest about your skill sets. I decided to take the MCSE course with Firebrand as the techniques they employed worked well for me."
Ian Stockbridge, Dawson Shanahan Limited.
"an excellent course. Fast Pace!!"
Brenda Worger, health industry.
"Firebrands style of training is a very effective way of learning the skills you need for your future development and attaining certification quickly. Make sure that you meet the pre-requisites of the MCITP SQL Server 2008 Administrator course otherwise you may struggle to keep up, its very fast paced."
Chris Hinchcliffe, movewithus.
"Even with my limited experience of the .NET Framework and ASP.NET 3.5 I was very impressed with the amount of information the Firebrand Training course enabled me to take in and understand. After attending the course I am now even more enthused to improve my development skills for years to come."
J.P, Auros Limited.
"Be prepared to work and you will benefit."
Gordon Caffrey , Atmel.
"The MCITP Server Administrator course does what it says on the tin......it gets you certified!!!!! but be prepared for late nites, early mornings and lots of hard work!"
Nicholas Jones, South Hook LNG.
"Second time visiting. Firebrand Training seem to be going from strength to strength."
Will Sheldon, kings college school.
"The MCPD course is full on. There is not much time to think as you have to cover a vast amount of information in a short time. Expect a lot of late nights. Do a bit of pre-reading.
But be assured though that the staff are excellent and do everything in their power to get you through the course. If your are having a late night so are they.
Highly recommended. Cheers "

"Firebrand Training was a good experience, especially the remote location which really invites to go for your course all the way. Special thanks to our instructor for a work well done."
Kristof Devos, Certipost.
"I think the CISA course needs to be 5 days long and more practice questions to encourage interaction.
The instructor was good and shared experiences. Too many power point slides. Overall i enjoyed learning here"
Michael Peet, British American Tobacco.
"Quite regress & effective. The only focus is to study, study & study with no distractions. "
Prashant Mahajan, Citigroup.

"Helpful staff. Clean training center"
V.C, Serco.
"The lecturing/delivery of the SSCM course content was excellent. However I feel the 3 day course duration is way too short for what should be at least a 5 day session. The experience was very depressing and draining due to the simulation material and the nature of the slow and excessive lab simulations that I found very frustrating. I so very nearly flew home before start of play day two."
Rickard Robilliard, States of Guernsey.
