A Firebrand Training
5
Day Course
The goal of this five (5) day accelerated course is to teach students a base-line for managing programmes with a structure to strengthen the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects and to achieve strategic organisational benefits.
Programme Management provides the framework for implementing business strategies and initiatives, or large-scale change, where there is a "vision" of the programme's outcome - a transformed organisation for example. Programmes Management helps to organise, manage, accommodate and control these changes so that the eventual outcome meets the objectives set by the business strategy.
Having proof of your skills and knowledge gives you the edge over other candidates when applying for a job. Here are some additional benefits of earning Managing Successful Programmes Certification:
What Managing Successful Programmes can do for your company Certification provides companies with skilled employees, leading to:
Who should earn a Managing Successful Programmes Certification?
Managing Successful Programmes certification is an excellent way to develop in the management sector of the IT industry. Managing Successful Programmes focuses on the latest management standards.
A MSP certification demonstrates knowledge of management standards and best practices. Taking the time to learn new IT management concepts shows a commitment to keep pace with today's technology-driven economy, to better understand a customer's business, and to become more self-sufficient by better understanding the technology on which almost every professional relies.
If an experienced IT professional does not already have a widely recognized certification, he or she should earn a certification to show current or potential employers a measurement of their skills and expertise.
Other accelerated training providers rely heavily on lecture and independent self-testing and study.
Effective technical instruction must be highly varied and interactive to keep attention levels high, promote camaraderie and teamwork between the students and instructor, and solidify knowledge through hands-on learning.
This information has been provided as a helpful tool for candidates considering certification. Benefits of certification determined through studies do not guarantee any particular personal successes. Firebrand Training provides a guarantee of obtaining certification at the camp, but does not make any guarantees about personal successes or benefits of obtaining certification.
Firebrand Training provides thorough instructor-led training to ensure that you learn the fundamentals, obtain hands-on skills and earn your certification. You will emerge able to immediately apply your new knowledge in your career environment.
Students attending this blended-learning program will receive a robust set of course materials that caters to each of the three primary individual learning-intake styles (auditory, visual, and kinaesthetic-tactual) - critical for a successful accelerated learning experience.
Daily lectures, labs, and review sessions are supplemented by a combination of:
Firebrand Training has an aggressive educational schedule that thoroughly covers all essential elements necessary to attain the CompTIA Managing Successful Programmes Certification during the program.
The Foundation exam taken on the afternoon of the 4th day.
The Foundation exam is a 40-minute, multiple choice, close book examination. The Intermediate and Practitioner exams are taken on the morning of the 5th day and are both 1.5 hours.
Firebrand Training offers top-quality technical education and certification training in an all-inclusive course package specifically designed for the needs and ease of our students. We attend to every detail so our students can focus solely on their studies and certification goals.
Our instructors teach to accommodate every student's learning needs through individualised instruction, hands-on labs, lab partner and group exercises, independent study, self-testing, and question/answer drills.
Firebrand Training has dedicated, well-equipped educational facilities where you will attend instruction and labs and have access to comfortable study and lounging rooms. Our students consistently say our facilities are second-to-none.
Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year. Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.
Students who are successful in the the Managing Successful Programmes Certification Accelerated Training should possess:
Firebrand Training staff interview all potential students regarding their technical background, degrees and certifications held, and personal fortitude. This screening process ensures a successful match between the customer and Firebrand Training toward accelerated training and certification.
Firebrand Training is an aggressive training environment. You must have an attitude aimed for success. The above prerequisites are guidelines, but many students with less experience have other background or traits that have enabled their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
"CEH is a very intensive course with a wide spectrum of knowledge required. Firebrand will take you though this at high speed, in a quality environment and with excellent materials. To spare yourself some (very) late night reading during the course, and to build confidence for what is a fairly tough exam, I recommend getting in as much background reading as possible beforehand."

"I arrived on a Sunday evening not knowing anyone or done anything like this before. I knew it was going to be tough and i expected to be worked hard. After arriving we quickly got into the class room and were learning new and old material and really pushing for our goals. We started early, and finished late, but i dont think there is a better way to learn. We were given reassurance and any problem we had was dealt with brillaintly. The food was gorgeous, the room was nice, and the staff would happily help out. In the 13days I have been here, I have learnt a hell of alot more than I would if I took the course over a long period. Was a great place to be, recommend it to anyone. I think now I have the addiction, it wont be long before im back.
Luke"

"People should not believe that an instructor can get you from 0 - 100 % within 2 weeks. The MCSE in 2 weeks is a very hard task, and requires background knowledge and dedication when on site. I would recommend this to anyone, and will be returning for other courses. Just make sure you put a little time and effort in before you go!"
