"I honestly feel that there was nothing that could have been done to make the learning experience more effective, or indeed more enjoyable. Without a doubt my success here was almost solely due to my lecturer. The work was certainly challenging, but he insured that it never became overwhelming or inaccessable, and maintained a friendly, relaxed and yet extremely productive atmosphere. The entire staff were excellent. The technician especially stood out. He provided a friendly face to turn to with any problems I had for the entire duration of the course. He was always on hand, sorted any issues I had promptly, and was geniunely happy to help. As I was much younger than most of the participants and staff at Heythrop Park, I appreciated having someone closer to my own age on hand. I was suprised at how experienced and well informed he was, despite his age. "
