If you are developing .NET Framework 2.0 applications that use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or creating Web applications that use ASP.NET 2.0, the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Enterprise Applications Developer (MCPD: Enterprise Applications Developer) credentials highlights your job role, featuring your specific area of expertise. Now you can easily distinguish yourself as an expert in Windows development, Web application development, or distributed applications development.
You will have the skills necessary to build interactive, data-driven Web applications that use ASP.NET 2.0 for both intranet and Internet uses.
You will have the skills necessary to build rich client applications that target the Windows Forms platform using the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
You will have the skills necessary to develop, implement, and deploy XML Web services, .NET Framework remoting, Enterprise Services, and Message Queuing technology.
You will have the skills necessary to build n-tier solutions that target both Web and rich-client user experiences.
Our 13 day Microsoft MCPD Enterprise Applications Developer program:
The Microsoft MCPD Enterprise Applications Developer program is a highly interactive 13-day developer class designed to teach Web, Windows, and Distributed Application Developers how to build interactive, data-driven middle-tier and client applications, targeting the Windows Forms platform using the .NET Framework 2.0, produce intranet and Internet Web applications that use ASP.NET 2.0, and develop business and data layer applications that use such technologies as Web Services, Remoting, Enterprise Services, and Queuing.
By offering a total-immersion, zero-distraction, skills-based program utilizing a proprietary accelerated-format curriculum taught by the industry's premier instructors, Firebrand Training guarantees that each student will enjoy the largest return on his or her educational investment, in addition to leaving certified.
Our Microsoft Certified Trainers are cross-certified industry professionals (ranging from renowned authors to senior information technology consultants) with extensive real-world knowledge that is effectively relayed throughout our. Each instructor employs proprietary (Lecture | Lab | Review) delivery philosophy that matches the content presented to each individual learning style.
Other accelerated training providers rely heavily on lecture and independent self-testing and study.
Effective technical instruction must be highly varied and interactive to keep attention levels high, promote camaraderie and teamwork between the students and instructor, and solidify knowledge through hands-on learning.
This information has been provided as a helpful tool for candidates considering certification. Benefits of certification determined through studies do not guarantee any particular personal successes. Firebrand Training provides a guarantee of obtaining certification at the camp, but does not make any guarantees about personal successes or benefits of obtaining certification.
You will receive a robust set of course materials that caters to each of the three primary individual learning-intake styles (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic-tactual) critical for a successful accelerated learning experience.
At Firebrand Training we offer an efficient approach to achieve all certifications in one combined class. The exams provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise. During the MCPD: Enterprise Applications Developer program students will take the following exams:
Exam 70-536 - .NET Framework 2.0 Application Development Foundation, Prerequisite Exam for all 3 MCTS Certifications.
Exam 70-528 - .NET Framework 2.0 Web-Based Client Development
Exam 70-526 - .NET Framework 2.0 Windows-Based Client Development
Exam 70-529 - .NET Framework 2.0 Distributed Application Development
Exam 70-549 - Designing and Developing Enterprise Applications by Using the Microsoft .NET Framework
Firebrand Training offers top-quality technical education and certification training in an all-inclusive course package specifically designed for the needs and ease of our students. We attend to every detail so our students can focus solely on their studies and certification goals.

Firebrand Training has dedicated, well-equipped educational facilities where you will attend instruction and labs and have access to comfortable study and lounging rooms. Our students consistently say our facilities are second-to-none.
Should a student complete a Firebrand Training Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year. Students will only be responsible for accommodations and vendor exam fees.
Candidates for the Technology Specialist certifications in Web, Windows and Distributed Applications are expected to have:
Candidates are also encouraged, but not required, to have the following additional experience for the individual MCTS certifications:
Candidates for the MCPD: Enterprise Applications Developer certifications are expected to have:
Firebrand Training staff interview all potential students regarding their technical background, degrees and certifications held, and personal fortitude. This screening process ensures a successful match between the customer and Firebrand Training toward accelerated training and certification.
Firebrand Training is an aggressive training environment. You must have an attitude aimed for success. The above prerequisites are guidelines, but many students with less experience have other background or traits that have enabled their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
"I highly recommend learning the Firebrand way. Whilst its tough going due to the steep learning curve, its a very efficient way to "earn your badges".

"After a bad "Accellerated Learning" experience with a competitor, I was dubious of the claims that Firebrand were making, however I took the plunge and I am glad I did! Passed my exams with flying colours and I put that down to the great instructor as well as the constructive atmosphere. I will definately return for more!"
Mark Scott, SEA (Group) Ltd..
Microsoft Exchange 2007 (7 Days) (7/7/2008 to 13/7/2008)
"An excellent course. The pacing was just right, with several long days of lectures, but with time always being made available for additional reading and lab work, which is essential on a course like this. Despite not completing all the exams yet (I decided to defer the Windows 2008 exams in order to get some more hands on experience with some of the areas I had previously had little exposure to), I will leave the course with a lot more confidence and knowledge than when I came. With a little bit more self study I should be able to successfully complete the exams.
The instructor was excellent and made the course very enjoyable. He had vast amounts of real world experience which is always invaluable and was more than happy to elaborate on any questions raised.
The whole team at Firebrand were friendly and made the whole prospect of being away from home for 2 weeks much easier than I had anticipated. The food was also varied and of a very high quality.
Despite being very apprehensive about attending the course beforehand, I would not hesitate to recommend Firebrand as an effective training solution, and I hope to return to do additional courses in the future!"
Michael Dutton, CP Kelco UK Ltd.
Microsoft MCITP Enterprise Administrator (13 Days) (14/7/2008 to 26/7/2008)
"The accelerated and fully immersed learning was fantastic. There is no way I could have been as successful with the exams had I self-studied or been at home with the children every night! The Firebrand training method works. Don't be fooled - its hard work but worthwhile and rewarding."
