"At first it looked like it was going to be impossible for me to pass but with a lot of pre-reading and pre-sleeping it really can be done.
By the way, the bit where they say that there are no disturbtions here - that applies to boys only. I mean, hows a girl supposed to concentrate when there are tens of sexy geeks about???"

"After the first 2 days of intensive classroom work, I was strongly feeling that I was way out of my depth being on the course (regardless of the high quality of the tutoring) but then to my suprise I passed the first of the Comp TIA A+ exams (core hardware). This was a huge boost to my confidence which then made me feel more relaxed with the rest of the course, and ultimately leading to my passing of the 2nd and final exam and achieving my A+ certificate. Sure enough, its an intense and difficult few days, but well worth every penny. Thank you 'Trainning Camp.'"

I will definitely do another course through Firebrand* in the near future. I even found Firebrand* restaurant served better food than most hotels and was very impressed by the quality of the food. All in all it was a good experience – and highly recommend the residential training.
"

"I came to Firebrand* with one objective in mind: to achieve my CCNP. Firebrand* gave me the best opportunity to achieve my objective. It was a tough two weeks, stacks of work and little sleep, but I reaped the reward. I walked away a CCNP. Thanks gents."
Kevin Fuller, Vodacom South Africa,

"Firebrand* courses vary in pace - all of them are definitely not easy, but some are not quite so manic as others. You should be prepared well for these courses ; you cannot walk in and expect to learn all the basics. With good preparation it is an excellent use of time to achieve certification. "

andrew bannerman, self,
CompTIA A+/Network+ Certification (7 Days) (31/3/2003 to 6/4/2003)
"Without a doubt, Firebrand* has been a very rewarding experience. Classes last about 12 hours per day, but be prepared to put in additional time just to get through the material. The instructor knew the subject matter and exam technique inside out, and was always prepared to stay until the early hours to provide additional tuition or guidance. If I decide to pursue other certifications, I would definitely go back to Firebrand*."
Lee Vessey,

"The centre provided an excellent learning environment away from home enabling me to concentrate fully on studying for the final exam. The instructor was knowledgeable, all staff extremely friendly and willing to help. Special mention has to go to the food which was of superb quality, freshly prepared and delicious.... "

Anon.,
Apoyar Networks,
Microsoft MCSE 2003 Certification (14 Days) (6/9/2004 to 19/9/2004)
"A great course well structured and the instructor was well versed in the subject matter and real life situations. The whole experience was hard work, most notably the practitioner exam but well worth it and with the support of all the staff at Firebrand I came away from the course feeling enthused with wanting to return to do another course or further training."
Mark Jarvis, Currently Unemployed,
PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner (5 Days) (2/7/2007 to 6/7/2007)
"I anticipated it would be tough but I didn't realise that 4.5 to 5 hours sleep a night would be the most you would get for two weeks. So be careful if you don't think you can hack two weeks without much sleep don't apply. Like the sign in the corridor says "only the committed should apply"
Putting that aside the facilties and the extreme quality of the training, the enhusiasm, encyclopediac knowledge, the real-life experience, and the extreme focus of the instructor cannot be faulted. I cannot speak highly enough of the instructor. Not only is he a great teacher but he also was a brilliant man manager who ensured he got the best out of every delegate."
