Pre-reading is a must though, some of the concepts are difficult to grasp with the pace of the curriculum making it difficult to catch up. The instructors are always staying behind and coming in early to help, so any problems and questions can be quickly resolved. Although I didnt recieve the full CCNA at the end of this course, it was more down to my lack of experience with Cisco equiptment that than anything at all to do with the training."

The CISSP CBK covers a huge amount of material that would have taken much longer to cover if you were to study at home (particularly given the demands of work and family). I feel that whilst the marketing material claims that pre-reading isn’t required (and to be honest, it isn’t essential), covering the 10 domains yourself before the course would help enormously. That being said, it is possible to complete the course without pre-reading, just expect to work extremely hard."

The instructor should take my advice on choices of cars though, as French is never a good idea.
