"We had problems with some of the exams on week two of the course which were Prometics fault (Not Firebrands), which meant I couldn't progress any further until they were fixed - which was not going to be during the remainder of my stay. However Firebrand have been excellent in allowing us to come back and re-do the parts of the course that were affected, even though this wasn't Firebrands fault - which I think is more than alot of companies would do - looking forward to going back now and finishing it all off!"

If you can keep up it is great. The trainers really know their stuff and bring together all of the components in such a way that it makes really good sense. I learnt loads, over and above my considerable industry experience, and of course where else can you achieve MCSE in 2 weeks?"

Got one more exam to sit as I complete this, so heres hoping! If passed I'll be one Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) off the MCSE (and only missed that by 19 points - due to tiredness more than anything else). Still, the ground work is all there, and the knowledge is not going anywhere! Would strongly recommend the Firebrand way to colleagues and friends, but go into it with your eyes open, and give it your all!"
