who should have at least one year of experience resolving issues concerning
network connectivity, desktop operating systems, security, and applications.
You will additionally
have 1 year's experience of supporting
Microsoft desktop operating systems, or alternatively have previously attended one of the following training courses:
CompTIA A+, Net+Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician XP (MCDST)
Firebrand Training is an intense training environment.
You must have
an attitude aimed for success. The above prerequisites
are guidelines, but many students with less experience
have other background or traits that have enabled
their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
