Server administrators are recognised among their peers and managers as leaders in the day-to-day operations management of Windows Server 2008. Demonstrate and communicate your ability to take system-wide ownership of Windows Server 2008 administration, and increase your organisation’s return on technology investment, by earning the Microsoft MCITP Server Administrator certification. Existing MCSE/MCSA training courses will still be available for IT professionals wishing to work with Server 2003. However, the MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) Server Administrator qualification will eventually replace these altogether. The MCITP will be more closely linked to specific job roles and will cover operational processes, operational procedures and the analysis of business problems.
Microsoft MCITP Server Administrator certification can help you develop and validate your skills in your current position, or propel you toward a future role, such as:
The Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) credential is the leading certification for Windows Server 2008, providing widely recognized, objective validation of your ability to perform critical, current IT job roles by using Microsoft technologies to their best advantage.
For HR managers, certification is particularly important because it allows them to more easily identify the skills that an individual possesses. When a company has employees that possess certain skills, it can garner a competitive advantage when seeking to attract customers. A Microsoft MCITP Server Administrator can also contribute to increased productivity.
Other accelerated training providers rely heavily on lecture and independent self-testing and study.
Effective technical instruction must be highly varied and interactive to keep attention levels high, promote camaraderie and teamwork between the students and instructor, and solidify knowledge through hands-on learning.
Our daily schedule incorporates different modes of instruction and learning environments to ensure that students learn, retain, comprehend, and can apply knowledge critical to the course.

"In summary, excellent facilities and location - a well run course by an expert instructor. "
Graham Pollard, Morse Group,
PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner (5 Days) (26/2/2007 to 2/3/2007)
"The Firebrand* intructors give great adivce about leaving the Bar and the TV alone. If you have time for these then it is better spent reading or sleeping - there is very little time for these.
The courses (and exams) are great to fill in gaps in your Linux understanding and knowledge.
The week was a very worthwhile experience - and this is from someone who paid for the course themselves."
Andy Richardson, St Marys School Shaftesbury,
LPI Linux Level 1 Certification (7 Days) (2/8/2004 to 8/8/2004)
"This is a tough course, but it is a very, very, very good course. I acquired knowledge at a greater rate than I have ever done and the knowledge has stuck. It takes more than 5 minutes of clicking around in Windows to be able get an MCSE and Firebrand* see to it that you get it. I passed first time, no re-sits.
"
Mike Walter, Unemployed,
Microsoft MCSE 2000 (14 Days) (10/2/2003 to 23/2/2003)
"Definitively it is not a "piece of cake" but overall the training provided me what I was looking for, a very deep introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a very short period of time. Trainer deep knowledge about both theory and real-live implementation was very helpful."

Good helpful people at the location I was at (Heythrop Park), who made my stay there a pleasant one.
Thanks once again for everything."

"No matter which area you wish to train in, be it Microsoft MCSA, MCSE,
MCDBA or Cisco CCNA then in my opinion the best way to do it is the
"Firebrand*" way. The instructors are very knowledgable on the
subject content and in my experiance, what they don't know about the
subject isn't worth knowing anyway.
The support staff are always helpful and friendly and strive to ensure
that your every need is cared for whilst your studying, if there is
anything you need then you only have to ask.
The surroundings of the training centre has got to be the very best of
any training centre that I have ever been in, it's in a beautiful
surroundings and is so quite and tranquil for studying in, I don't think
it can be beaten.
Be warned though, after doing one course with the "Firebrand*", you
will always look for more things to study to get back there, although for
the duration of your course it's hard work, the atmosphere just makes you
want to return again and again.... I ended up returning and completing 4
courses within six months, and passed every one.. Thanks to my hard work
and all the staff, Thanks Firebrand*!"
Keith Walkley,
Microsoft MCAD (7 Days) (11/11/2002 to 17/11/2002)
"The staff at Tadley Court made sure that my stay was as comfortable and problem-free as possible.
The trainer (Doug) showed a level of expertise, and commitment to his students, that I have never before experienced in any adult learning environment."
Martin Scolding, insurE-com Ltd,
Microsoft MCAD (7 Days) (19/1/2004 to 25/1/2004)
"Firebrand* certainly pushes you to reach your full potential - execellent place to be at for accelerated learning - no way you learn so much in a short time on your own."
Adam Yon, Cable & Wireless plc St Helena Island,
EC-Council CEH (5 Days) (28/3/2005 to 1/4/2005)
"The course covered a fantastic range of material in the week - giving me an ecellent overview of some technologies I was was unaware of - as well as helping me pass the MCAD in a week.
You need to swiFirebrand*h the rest of your life off for the duration though! "
Jim Lyell, Bitlink Technology,
Microsoft MCAD (7 Days) (8/12/2003 to 14/12/2003)

Alex Parsons, komcept solutions ltd,
Cisco CCSP (14 Days) (14/4/2008 to 27/4/2008)

Nigel Swain, Myself,
Microsoft SharePoint Professional (Dual MCTS) (5 Days) (7/1/2008 to 11/1/2008)
"This course was intense but I worked, I passed both exams and came away with a sense of achievement. It really was a boot camp! Dont attend if you have any preconceptions of it being easy. You need to work hard. Thanks."
Daniel Woolston, Hoseasons Holiday Group,
Microsoft MCTS .NET - Web Applications (7 Days) (3/3/2008 to 9/3/2008)
"The location and seclusion of the training centre allows you the time and space to focus totally on your studies.
The knowledge and experience of the training instructors means that they can demonstrate how the training material fits into the real world."
E.B., HSBC,
ISACA CISA (3 Days) (26/11/2007 to 28/11/2007)
"The main thing that sold me on attending Firebrand* is that it is total immersion. The training centre is self contained so your room is steps away from the classroom, and canteen, and with the workload there is little opportunity to go outside anyway! Intensive training is an understatement! We covered so much in the two weeks, I can hardly believe it. It would help greatly, though, if you were already quite familiar with the subject matter. Post training, I would recommend Firebrand* for the quality of training I received, and the friendliness of the place (the food was excellent too!). It was very hard work though, and I'm sure that training this intensive is not for everyone!"
Mark Tralls, UniChem Ltd,
Microsoft MCAD/MCSD (12 Days) (1/5/2006 to 12/5/2006)
"My overall experience was very positive, catering staff provided excellent food which helped take your mind of the stress on the course.
The course instructer spent time with you when you didn't have a clear understanding until that became clear.
The training enviroment with the luxury landscapes really helped me concentrate on what I had to achive."
Paul Costa Bharji, Manufacturing ,
Microsoft MCSE 2003 Certification (14 Days) (2/4/2007 to 15/4/2007)
"The course is very intense and tiring but certainly worthwhile. The facilities are excellent, Firebrand* staff are very helpful and friendly and the Instructor was excellent. I would definately recommend anyone with good prior experience to attend Firebrand*."
IM, ASM Technologies Ltd,
Microsoft MCSE 2000 (14 Days) (24/2/2003 to 9/3/2003)
"Prince2 course offers the individual a great insight into the trials and tribulations of Project Management and the processes that exist to make good Project Managers. "
Alex Jovic, Skype,

"Hardwork but focused value for money training. Be prepared to work hard!!"
Philip Moore, Northgate IS,
EC-Council CEH (5 Days) (1/5/2006 to 5/5/2006)
"It's hard work but you get out what you put in and the staff will help out as much as possible. "
