I can highly recommend this boot camp. A very important part of the course was preparing for the exam, something that the various books I have seen on the subject are not able to do. This is especially true of the sample questions in many books that may result in your memorizing numerous facts not really neccessary for the exam, at the expense of the conceptual understanding that you really require."
