"If you approach this as a training course on which you happen to be able to take exams rather than a guaranteed certification process then the benefits are well worth the effort. For someone wishing to gain certification you should have a good understanding of the subject prior to attending. For me it was a hard but enjoyable experience learning from instructors who are second to none. "

"Firebrand* made it possible for me to take the time off to study without being disturbed to focus on and understanding Microsoft Exchange 2003 inside and out followed by taking on the the Microsoft exam. My advice would be: take some time of with the Firebrand* and get to know your stuff through hands-on training at the Firebrand* where you get the theory and the hands-on experience and the exam all at one place for a fixed price !"
