Why do I have to go to orientation?

To make the most of your training you must attend the 6.00pm orientation. Here you’ll meet your instructor and peers, get an overview of the course and get familiar with what’s expected of you during your stay. Many courses also tend to commence directly after orientation.

With Firebrand’s unique training methodology and 12-hour days, your schedule will be very different to normal training. Orientation provides an overview on your course schedule, including meal and class times. During orientation, you’ll be provided with classroom access codes, so you can take advantage of our 24 hour Training Centre.

Going to orientation is key to having a safe learning experience with Firebrand; you’ll be taken through vital health and safety procedures and what to do in an emergency.

Orientation prepares you for your course over the next few days, and will set you up to have a successful and enjoyable experience with Firebrand Training.
