As the training courses are accelerated and very tiring, you are advised at the beginning on when to study, how much time to allocate yourself to study, and even your diet to help you keep alert throughout the whole day. All staff are helpful and curteous, from the trainers through to the administrators and chefs. The meals, by the way, are quite fantastic; you don't just get egg & chips! Our trainer, Doug Rees, was quite phenominal.
