"The pre-course reading / preparation is essential to success at Firebrand. I would even recommend you go a bit further into the subject to prepare yourself mentally for the course. I can see now that for high-level certs, having no experience in the field would almost make it impossible to pass the exams. The A+ and N+ were hard enough - those with absolutely no experience of corporate servers and network will find it tough (but not impossible). However, the Training Centre is excellent and the staff are legendary. You will certainly not regret coming, even if you don't come away with all your certs. I would cetainly come back - but only if I felt properly prepared for the course."
